How to Sauté Onions, Bell Peppers and Celery

The Cajun Trinity of Vegetables


* 1 cup onions, chopped
* 1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped
* 1/2 cup celery, chopped
* 4 Tbs. butter

Combine butter and vegetables in skillet and cook on medium heat until the trinity of vegetables become translucent (about 5 minutes).
