Wanted to write and let you know how much I am enjoying your blog after stumbling upon it. I am a native of Bossier City living in Houston,Texas and Atlanta, GA, when I get homesick I cook, today is shrimp etoufee. Your blog reminds of all the smells I grew up with. Though I am not far away, only 3.5 hours, when shopping for what you need even in a city like Houston it gets difficult to find what your used to going down the street and getting. Blogs like yours make natives remember where we come from especially us millennials who most people think aren't interested. Continued success to you and by the way I grew up with a lot of Gaspard's so that makes you good people in my book.
