Country Spoon Bread


  • 2 cups warm water
  • 1 Tbs. sugar
  • 1 package yeast
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 4 cups self rising flour

    Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Cover and let the dough set in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Spoon into a greased muffin pan. Bake at 450°F. until golden brown. Signature Icon
