3 lbs. pork steaks cut into pieces
5 Tbs. roux
3 large onions, chopped
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Add enough water to roux to make a thick gravy. Add pork, onions and seasonings. Simmer until pork is tender. Add green onions and serve over rice. KT
