Crab Cakes



  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbs. flour
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash of Tabasco
  • Bread crumbs

Mix first 8 ingredients together. Form into patties and roll each patty in bread crumbs. Fry slowly in oil at 350°F. until golden brown.
